Gold Tier:

Renovation Project Management

Expert-led delivery — from asset strategy and design specification to handover.

For homeowners ready to move from planning to delivery — with a single point of accountability across every decision, every professional sub-contractor, and every finish.

Gold brings our discerning development-grade experienced management to your home. We advise on what is worth doing before scope is agreed, write the brief your entire team works from, specify every hard finish, and manage procurement directly — so the home you receive matches the design you approved. Where the project includes aesthetic works, interior design and hard finish specification is integral to the service.

Outcome: Your renovation delivered on budget, on programme, and to specification — with design integrity protected throughout.
