Mission Statement

Empowering Homeowners to Future-Proof Their Homes — Beautifully and Intelligently.

At Alchemi Renovations, our mission is to make future-proofing homes clear, accessible, and design-led. With decades of expertise in listed buildings and new builds, we help homeowners navigate energy standards and upgrade pathways through our tiered services — from the Energy Home Improvement Plan (EHIP) and Whole Home Improvement Plan (WHIP) to full project management and turnkey renovation.

By combining architectural and interior design integrity with technical expertise, we deliver homes that are not only compliant, but also comfortable, sustainable, and positioned for long-term asset value.

Our goal is simple: to make retrofit and renovation seamless, transparent, and tailored to the needs of discerning homeowners across London, the Home Counties, and the wider UK.

Laura Marino and Charlie Baxter, partners in life and business, first professionally collaborated to establish Alchemi Group, a multi-award-winning development management company known for high-quality residential projects in prime London locations.

In response to growing client demand, Laura launched Studio L London, a design studio dedicated to curated and sustainable living environments. Their longtime friend and project partner Jonathan Moffat, founder of Cavendish Moffat, brought additional expertise in procurement and high-value residential development.

United by a shared commitment to meaningful transformation, they came together once again to form Alchemi Renovations—a consultancy delivering intelligent retrofit, renovation, and high-end project management across London and the UK.
